Details: As part of our ongoing efforts to improve service reliability and redundancy, the primary upgrades to our core infrastructure were completed on Friday, June 6, 2025, at 8:30 AM UTC (4:30 AM EDT).

Following the completion of the main window, we will continue to drain all remaining client connections from the old environment to the new environment. This draining process will continue throughout the weekend and is scheduled to conclude on Monday, June 9, 2025, at 9:00 AM EDT (2025-06-09 13:00 UTC). Our teams will be actively monitoring all services during this period to ensure a smooth transition. While the process is designed to be seamless, some users may experience a brief, momentary disconnection from Stratum or DATUM services as their connection is migrated. These interruptions should be minimal and self-resolving. However, if you experience any service disruption that lasts longer than a momentary disconnection, please reach out to us through your normal support channels so our team can investigate as soon as possible.

Please be advised that as part of these infrastructure upgrades, all Lightning Network payments and configuration services will remain offline for an extended period. We expect to restore full Lightning functionality on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, by 9:00 PM EDT (2025-06-11 at 01:00 UTC). Any payouts designated for Lightning will be securely queued and processed once the system is brought back online.
