Potential Impact: Network reconvergence, client reconnects.

Details: At approximately 03:00 UTC on 2026-01-11, our primary infrastructure seamlessly and automatically adjusted to handle an unexpected equipment failure within our main hardware stack.

There was no customer impact, and redundant systems are working as intended at this time.

OCEAN will be performing unscheduled maintenance to correct the equipment issue between 2026-01-12 12:00 UTC and 2026-01-12 22:00 UTC. Redundant hardware is in place and fully functional. There is no expected customer impact. While our infrastructure is designed to handle this smoothly and without impact to our customers, there is always a small risk of unexpected brief interruption to customer connections during any equipment maintenance, planned or otherwise.
